Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call civil work for a runway / taxiway.
BP1 - Operations Center - The Project consists of the construction of a new facility containing bus storage, bus maintenance, and administration offices. Construction type is steel frame and precast concrete panel. Project also includes a bus transfer platform on the north side of the site.. A. Owner will supply and install the following: 1. Gymnasium Equipment. 2. Bus stop shelters. 3. Free-standing storage racks. 4. Coffee Makers (vendor installed). B. Owner will supply the following for installation by Contractor: 1. Display monitors/AV equipment. 2. Furniture systems. 3. Fare collection equipment.
