BACKGROUND
Annual inspection, testing, and maintenance of the fire protection systems is needed for the aircraft hangar located at USCG AIRSTA Port Angeles. 1.2 SCOPE
The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems in aircraft hangars in accordance with NFPA 11, NFPA 25, NFPA 70, NFPA 72, and NFPA 80. 1.2.1 Primary Point of Contact/Technical Representative:

The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems in aircraft hangar in accordance with NFPA regulations. Please see Enclosure 1 for further details. 2.2 TASKS o Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervisor, and other items and services necessary to conduct:
o Clean Agent Systems Testing per NFPA 2001 (2 Units)
o Fire Extinguisher Annual Service as per NFPA 10 (93 Units)
o Wet Fire Sprinklers Annual Inspections per NFPA 25 (5 Units)
o Dry Sprinkler Annual Inspections per NFPA 25 (1 Units)
o Annual Fire Alarm Confidence Test per NFPA 72 (8 Units)
o Annual Testing of the AFFF Foam Systems per NFPA 11 (4 Tanks)
o Annual Fire Pump Testing per NFPA 20 (1-Diesel, 1-Electric) (2 Units)
o Dry Chemical Automatic Fire Systems per NFPA 17 (3 Units)
o One Year Internal Pipe Inspections per NFPA 25, 403, (6 Units)
o Bi-annual and annual inspections on Halon Systems (2 Units)
o Annual testing of fire panels (10 units) OTHER APPLICABLE CONDITIONS 4.1 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The period of performance for this contract shall not exceed 30 calendar days from the schedule start date of award. 4.2 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
