Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Hialeah, Florida. The objective of this ITB is to secure the services of an experienced and reliable contractor that is capable of furnishing, installing, and testing all appurtenances associated with the Drainage Improvements to W 17th St from 4th to 8th Ave; W 4th Ln, W 6th Ave, & W 7th Ave from 16th to 17th St which includes: approximately 3,400 linear feet of roadway and associated drainage system (catch basins, solid pipes, culverts, etc.), sidewalks, street lighting, and pavement markings in accordance to the plans and specifications of this ITB.
