Wharton-Smith is the Construction Manager at Risk who is soliciting proposals and assuring that MBE and WBE firms are used, when possible, for the City of Punta Gorda Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements 2022. Bidding documents are available for review at our Ft. Myers office. Please advise Wharton-Smith should your office require special accommodations with bonding or insurance. Bid packages available to bid on include sitework, concrete, mechanical, roofing, doors & hardware, overhead doors, paint & coatings, metal building systems, HVAC, electrical, geotechnical improvements, instrumentation & controls, prestressed concrete tanks, stainless steel slide gates, rotary screw blowers, axially split case pumps, end suction process pumps, double disc pumps, submersible solids handling pumps, submersible axial flow pumps, step screens, variable-speed submersible mixers, secondary clarifier equipment, coarse bubble diffusers, flexible membrane disc diffuser, and emergency generator/fuel tank.
