The Cowlitz County Public Facilities District is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals for the review and update of the existing Cowlitz County Event Center Master Plan The Consultant will develop a project plan in collaboration with the Board of Directors and staff. The initial kick-off meeting focus will be to ensure the Consultant and the PFD share an understanding of the goals and expectations for the Master plan process and to help establish working relationships, make logistical arrangements, determine an appropriate line of communications, and finalize contractual arrangements. Outcomes of this meeting are, but not limited to: 1. Stakeholder and Board workshop format and schedule 2. Location and other logistical issues 3. Public participation plan 4. Final adoption and document publication dates 5. Potential impediments and organizational issues Questions. All questions must be submitted through the PFD's Administrator in writing. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the deadline for receipt of proposals may not be considered December 22 through January 13, 2023 Evaluation and Interview Period January 18, 2023 Recommendation of Award to Board The PFD reserves the right to cancel award at any time before execution of the Contract if deemed to be in the best interest of the PFD. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
