Renovation of an educational facility in Springfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. General Trades, Mechanical, and Electrical Contracts for the following project to be completed calendar year 2024 A link containing PDF bid documents for the project will be available beginning December 21, 2022 at Stantec Architecture and Engineering LLC, by emailing Cynthia Kudamik, at 2180DocControl@stantec.com. All substitution requests must be submitted to the Owner\Architect at least ten (10) days prior to receipt of bids via email to the attention of Cynthia Kudamik, at 2180DocControl@stantec.com.
