As of July 8, 2022, the project has been awarded, however, information regarding the awarded general contractor has not been made public at this time. PN-0982.4.61.00 CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/2/2022 5:00 PM Contract No. 1- Furnish, place, and compact approximately 1,300 tons of Superpave scratch/leveling course, 9.5 mm; perform 300 square yards of base repair; place and compact 650 tons of 2A stone base; 700 tons of 19 mm Superpave binder course; and 300 tons of 9.5 mm Superpave wearing course. A Bid Bond is not required. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. Notice is hereby given to bidders that Contract No. 1 is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Springfield Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award that is in the best interest of the Township.
