A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Custom BT Mechanical Contractor Myco Mechanical 2,188,000 General Contractor: SB Conrad 594,500 Electical Contractor JR Metzgar 439,000 The Springfield School District, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for General Trades, Mechanical, and Electrical Contracts for the following project to be completed calendar year 2022: Sabold Air Conditioning Project All substitution requests must be submitted to the Owner\Architect at least ten (10) days prior to receipt of bids via email to the attention of Cynthia Kudamik, at 2180DocControl@stantec.com All bidders are required to have a representative in attendance. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act
