Contract No. SPFLD 20506 involves the retrofit of the existing stormwater management basin located between 767 and 783 W Rolling Road, including site clearing and grubbing; demolition of the existing basin; installation of a new infiltration/detention basin; extension of the township storm sewer; site grading; and landscaping. Clarification Deadline 12/28/2021 5:00 PM This project is being funded in part by a Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, Watershed Restoration and Protection Program Grant and is subject to prevailing wage rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Springfield Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, and to waive any informality in a bid as they deem for the best interest of Springfield Township.
