Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of: Crowell Park Parking Improvements Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project includes the rehabilitation of Crowell Park, including site clearing and grubbing, demolition of an existing driveway and parking lot; site regrading; construction of a driveway, parking lot and pavement markings, guiderail, walkway, stormwater management infiltration basin, and associated landscaping This project is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
