Project will consist of repairing broken circulation pipes, pool skimmers, replacing existing pool border tiles with new 6" tiles, re-plastering existing pool shell, recoating zero-depth area with RiverRok, repairing, repainting and resurfacing existing water slide, and repainting all vertical metal surfaces and play features. The Contractor will provide all supervision, equipment, labor and materials necessary to complete the work as described in the specifications/scope of work of this IFB..
