The City of Charlottesville is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to power wash the pavers and bricks on the Downtown Mall in accordance with scope of services and requirements herein. Some City owned or maintained facilities will be temporarily and/or conditionally opened and available for site investigations and/or construction work. Based on recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Virginia Department of Health and the Thomas Jefferson Health District, all City staff, contractors and vendors must adhere to strict social distancing recommendations, wearing of face coverings, enhanced sanitizing procedures, and apply relevant workplace guidance and regulations from state and federal authorities . Email: nolan@charlottesville.gov The deadline for completion is 10:30AM, Saturday, April 30, 2022. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informality in the bid. Informality shall be defined as a minor defect or variation from the exact requirements, which does not affect the price, quality, quantity or delivery schedule.
