Renovation of a fire / police facility in Charlottesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The scope of services generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: A. Removal and relocation of old doors to the "back lot" of the work site property. B. Furnish and install (3) three new bay doors, 12'2"x11'9" with (2) full view rows of glass, CHI Model 3216 or equivalent, gray in color. C. Removal and reinstallation of existing and new fixtures as needed. D. Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times; and, E. Thorough cleaning the project site.
