The City of Charlottesville is seeking quotes for completion of all monthly landscaping tasks needed for Carver Rec Center. Starting May 2022 and ending October 2022. Tasks will include mulching of all landscaping beds, weeding all beds, trimming scrubs and trees, and spraying all landscaping beds with approved weed control. Contract Term: The contract term is limited to one year beginning date of award, with four (4) additional one year renewal options or until the cumulative total contract fees reach the maximum amount of $99,999.99, whichever occurs first. Some City owned or maintained facilities will be temporarily and/or conditionally opened and available for site investigations and/or construction work. Based on recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Virginia Department of Health and the Thomas Jefferson Health District, all City staff, contractors and vendors must adhere to strict social distancing recommendations, wearing of face coverings, enhanced sanitizing procedures, and apply relevant workplace guidance and regulations from state and federal authorities.
