This is an invitation and request for Request for Qualifications from qualified professional engineers to provide Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing. The contract, Angleton Independent School District "Agreement for Design Consultant Services", will be executed between Angleton ISD and the engineering firm and will be dated upon approval. Responses to this Request for Qualifications will be received at the time and location designated and shall include the information requested hereafter. In the event this contract expires before another contract is awarded, Angleton ISD may extend the contract term on a monthto-month basis by mutual agreement with the Firm. Initial Term January 15, 2023 through August 31, 2023 First Renewal Option September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024 Second Renewal Option September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025 Every effort will be made to adhere to the schedule set forth. The date of notification is subject to extension in the event that further clarification is in the best interest of Angleton ISD and in the event Angleton ISD requires more time to assure that the selection of the firm is in accordance with its policies, rules, and regulations. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
