For the 185th Street Extension and CSAH 23 (Cedar Ave) and 185th Street Intersection Improvements Project. Traffic signal control will also be installed along with intersection improvements at the intersection of CSAH 23 (Cedar Ave) and 185th Street. Work includes grading, bituminous surfacing, full depth reclamation, storm sewer, drainage, watermain, signal revision, and ADA improvements. The majority of the work includes bituminous pavement removal, grading, Bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter installation, storm sewer improvements, pond grading, and watermain improvements.
