The Town of Wake Forest (as referred to as "the Town" or "Wake Forest") is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from firm(s) or organization(s) qualified to provide professional services in its efforts to prepare an Affordable Housing Land Disposition Program. The project will result in an executable land disposition program with standard operating procedures that accounts for statutory authority, land inventory & analysis criteria, affordability requirements, request for proposal (RFP) standards, proposal evaluation methodology, and recommended budget allocation for the purpose of providing affordable housing.
