A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: It is the intent of the Putnam County School Board of Putnam County, Florida to solicit written proposals from qualified architectural firms licensed in the State of Florida. The awarded architectural firm will assist in the Design Phase for a 1,100-student station new PK-6 School at the existing George C. Miller School Site in Crescent City, Florida. The project will include selective demolition and renovation of existing and new construction. The district intends to employ the Firm to provide overall Project Design, Cost Benefit Studies if needed, Information Management, Scope of Work, and Technical and Construction Administration Services during construction.
