Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lake Alfred, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sidewalk replacement at Lake Swoope Park. Bid Bond: None M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Description: City will remove existing 4' sidewalk. Contractor will prepare ground for replacement sidewalk by removing extra dirt, roots, grass and compacting soil before forming and pouring a new sidewalk at project location. The sidewalk will be approximately 1,350 feet long, 5 feet wide and 4 inches thick using 3000psi concrete. The project is located in City right-of-way and must adhere to ADA standards for sidewalks. Excess dirt/soil removed during the construction process of the new sidewalk can be dumped at an offsite location, just a few minutes away from the job site. Edges of sidewalk will be backfilled, but sod will not be required to be replaced along the edges of the new sidewalk
