Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Alfred, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Lake Hamilton, Florida, is soliciting bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, administration, supervision, insurance coverage, and any other facilities and services necessary to successfully construct, start-up, and warranty the completed Project (Town of Lake Hamilton SR-17 Sewer Extension). The Project is generally described as a sewer extension project including gravity sewer, a lift station, force main, and connection to existing infrastructure. Further, pursuant to federal law the Owner may not award this contract to any bidder which is debarred or suspended or is otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs under Executive Order 12549, Debarment and Suspension. All bid questions must be received prior to Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at 5:00 pm local time to EGeiger@pennoni.com to be answered. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bids in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the interests of the Town. Pursuant to the requirements of Section 287, Florida Statutes, all qualifiers are subject to those provisions pertaining to Public Entity Crimes and the Convicted Vendor List.
