The City of Hartsville is pursuing a Qualifications Based selection process to secure the services of an experienced Design Services Firm("Firm") for the renovation of a commercial building located at 111 N. Fifth Street, Hartsville, SC 29550 (“Project”). The intended use for the building will be commercial office space: City Hall will expand to include two of our departments as well as an executive conference room. Services may include site work and design; amenity buildings design and engineering; designs that address all necessary repairs and replacements of all building systems components including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, interior, and exterior finishes. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
