The scope of work includes Erection of a 750,000 gal. ground storage tank & piping to 2 booster pumps with electrical & VFDs. Loan Funding by State Revolving Fund. EEO/DBE, Davis-Bacon, AIS. Cost:$100 Construction Cost Range: $1,250,000 - $1,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Requirements: 100% Performance & Payment bond, 5% bid bond, Davis-Bacon, American Iron & Steel, Good Faith Efforts toward BE firms, Contractor Classification WL The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening. Estimated cost is $1,500,000. 100% Performance, 100% Payment & 5% Bid bonds are required. Bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified in the bid documents including Davis-Bacon and American Iron & Steel provisions. Prospective bidders must implement procedures, using Good Faith Efforts, that ensure that DBE firms are given opportunities for meaningful participation if subcontracts are awarded. Contractor classification of "WL" is required.
