The Winston-Salem Forsyth County Board of Education ("WS/FCS") is requesting bid proposals for a contractor or contractors to perform groundskeeping services at twelve (24) Middle/Joint school campuses across the school district for the period of time beginning April 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2023. The campuses will be divided into four (4) groups of six (6) campuses each ("Zone"), with bids to be reviewed for each Zone independently. WS/FCS reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any legal bid deemed by WS/FCS to be in the best interest of it and its associated stakeholders. WS/FCS reserves the right to not accept any or all bids and not proceed with entering into a resulting contract. WS/FCS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals presented, and the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal form or procedure.
