The Housing Authority of the City of Winston-Salem is seeking contractors to perform vacant unit cleaning, painting and repairs. Multiple contractors will be selected in order to address the high number of vacant units required to be turned. Selected contractors will be assigned units on a rotating basis, with one contractor being assigned a vacant unit, then the next contractor on the list being assigned the next vacant unit, and so on to ensure equal distribution of workload. The Housing Authority reserves the right to remove contractors from the list for cause. Contractors who fail to respond within twenty-four (24) hours of being assigned a unit (weekends and holidays excepted) will be skipped over and the unit will be assigned to the next contractor on the list.
