Description of the Work: Construction of one (1) composite elevated storage tank, internal and external piping, site grading and electrical and instrumentation. Demolition of one (1) 0.3 million gallon (MG) steel elevated storage tank including site restoration and all other appurtenant work. Demolition of two (2) steel ground storage tanks (0.5 MG and 1.0 MG, respectively) including site restoration and all other appurtenant work. Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: 1. The demolition of a 0.3 MG steel elevated storage tank including site restoration and all other appurtenant work. Demolition of tank to begin upon receiving Notice to Proceed from the Owner. 2. A new 0.6 million gallon (MG) composite elevated storage tank including all appurtenant work, clearing and grubbing, storm water pollution prevention, site restoration and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project. 3. The demolition of two (2) steel ground storage tanks (0.5 and 1.0 MG, respectively) including site restoration and all other appurtenant work. The demolition of the ground storage tanks shall follow completion of the Improvements to Water Treatment Plant 1 by others. Improvements estimated to be completed by January 2025.
