Renovation of a stadium in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The project intends to upgrade system audio quality at Findlay Toyota Center. Accordingly, this Project consists of removing and replacing Audio Speakers, Power Amplifiers, Communication Lines, and integration with Facility Infrastructure and Audio Controls. The result of the project shall be an evenly distributed Audio Product to every seat (5000) in the venue, with the capability to provide audio direct to the main event floor for Banquets, Expos, and other similar events. Award of a single contract for this Project shall be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the type of professional services specified. All applicable Federal Laws, State Laws, Municipal Codes, and other applicable rules and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction over said Project shall apply throughout. A copy of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packet may be obtained from the Prescott Valley website under "Bids & RFQs", or by calling the Public Works Department at (928) 759-3070 for assistance in setting up a Public Purchase account. All communications concerning this solicitation will be distributed via Public Purchase throughout the RFQ process.
