The Town of Prescott Valley has been awarded Yavapai County CDBG funds from the Arizona Department of Housing for housing rehabilitation projects. NACOG will accept bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to make substantial repairs to three homes located in Prescott Valley. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Window repair/replacement, drywall replacement/finishing, interior wall trim and baseboard installation, smoke and carbon monoxide detector installation/replacement, flooring replacement, toilet replacement, bathroom and kitchen sink replacement, bath tub and surround repair/replacement, ceiling and exhaust fan repair/replacement, fascia board replacement, exterior primer/paint, water heater replacement, electrical system repair, GFCI outlet installation, mobile home leveling, substrate and subfloor repairs, stove/range and refrigerator repair/replacement, door repair/replacement, ceiling repair/replacement, roofing repairs/replacement, repair replacement of exterior porch, landing, stairs and ramp, repair/replacement of exterior siding, rain gutter installation, HVAC repair/replacement. The bids must be on a lump-sum basis, for the entire scope of work for each home. Bidders may bid on one or multiple homes, and each will be awarded separately to the lowest qualified bidder.
