Site work for a water / sewer project in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the Prescott Valley Manhole Rehabilitation Project. The work consists of adjusting manhole and water valve rim elevations to finished grade at various locations in Prescott Valley. The project will excavate, adjust frame and cover, and install new concrete collars for up to 215 manhole and water valve locations. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the bid proposal as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposal in accordance with plans and specifications. Bids will be evaluated and awarded, at the Town's discretion, based on the total base bid (i.e. all base bid schedules, plus or minus any alternate bid schedules (if any) dependent upon bid schedule totals versus project budgeted amount The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals, or any part thereof, to withhold the award, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the Town.
