Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 16,412-square-foot, three-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Prescott Valley has been awarded a Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing is seeking bids for the CIP #P481 - Boys and Girls Club Building Remodel Project - CDBG 103-21. This project consists of the remodel of the existing Boys and Girls Club clubhouse located at 8201 E. Loos Drive in Prescott Valley, Arizona. It includes the demolition of existing materials, construction of new walls, new doors and windows, upgrades and/or modifications to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, fire suppression system and site work. All bids must be on a Lump-Sum basis.
