Renovation of a retail development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
o Two (2) Roof-top neon sign on both ends of building (reading "Salt Lake Barber Co." and "Culture Coffee"). Roughly 12' x 20' o Two (2) Medallion dual sided signs for both sides of building. o Exterior Painting- Color: dark gray o Pergola Color: Wood or Black Roughly 90' x 9' x 5' Draw shades attached Bids must be submitted by a General Contractor. Projects must be completed by June 30, 2023. This project will be a federally financed community development project. All rules and regulations governing such projects will be applicable. The contract is to be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the request for bids. All contractors participating in this project must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) number and be registered on the federal System for Award Management (SAM).
