Only Bidders who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract: I) Ten (10) years of relevant consulting experience, which the last five (5) years are in environmental, geotechnical and hydrogeological works; II) Demonstrate familiarity with the geological and geotechnical conditions and soils disposal options, and groundwater assessment issues in the Toronto area. III) Experience specifically in municipal work including transit projects. V) Demonstrate an understanding of Metrolinx's requirements and be able to provide a methodology to meet the project scope requirements and provide evidence of the qualifications to perform the Work. V) Achieved at least 1 of the following safety requirements: COR(TM) Certified status with the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA); or ISO 45001 certification; or Out-of-Province COR(TM) Reciprocity (for bidding purposes only) through IHSA.
