New construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 31,784-square-foot, two-story above grade transportation facility.
Construction of new Park Lawn GO Station, with the platform spanning Park Lawn Road constructed as part of the master planned community at 2150 Lakeshore Boulevard. Project will be integrated with the development and includes a new main station building, access building, tunnel and vertical circulation elements to Station Square. The Park Lawn GO Station has been designed to the Toronto Green Standard (TGS) and LEED Silver requirements. TIMELINE: Designs are ongoing. Owner is awaiting site plan approvals from the city of Toronto. Construction may proceed with, or alongside the 2150 Lake Shore Blvd W (Phase 1) development; details are followed on a separate report. Construction timelines are undetermined pending approvals as well as owner's decision to proceed. Further update early 2027. *Construction cost is unconfirmed.
