This Request For Proposal Is Issued By Sinai Health System ("SHS") To Solicit Proposals From Interested Proponents For The Provision Of A Qualified General Contractor For The Renovations Of The Storage Space On Level 16 (Bikur Cholim). The Work Shall Include The Completion Of Renovations Of The Storage Space On Level 16 In Order To Accommodate New Kosher Lounge At Mount Sinai Hospital Located At 600 University Avenue. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
