The DBE Contract goal is 12 percent. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of McFarland. Each bid must be accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the bid amount: (1) cash; (2) a cashier's check made payable to the City of McFarland; (3) a certified check made payable to the City of McFarland; or (4) a bidder's bond signed by a surety insurer who is licensed in California, made payable to the City of McFarland.
