Renovation of a mixed-use development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Colorado Springs School District 11 is requesting proposals from Contractors to perform Plumbing Fixtures Upgrades at King, Sabin, Madison, Rogers, and Steele 1 The designated period of performance will be March 27 - 2023 - July 31, 2023 Substantial Completion.* Contractor must fully complete project by July 31, 2023 *Substantial Completion for this project is defined in Item B.3.9. Questions Due Date: Jan 3rd 2023, 12:00 PM MST Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, if cost is over $150,000 (per C.R.S. 24-105-202). Contactor shall furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Labor and Materials Bond. The District shall have the right to inspect such goods and to reject any or all of said goods which are in District's judgment defective or nonconforming. Goods rejected and goods supplied in excess of quantities called for herein may be returned to Seller at its expense, in addition to District's other rights.
