Florence Township Public Schools ("District") is seeking Proposals from qualified Energy Service Companies for the planning, development and implementation of an Energy Savings Plan through an Energy Savings Improvement Program pursuant to the Energy Savings Improvement Program Law, P.L. 2009, c. 4, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.6 and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-42. A hard copy of this completed, independent energy audit report, a complete 24 month history of the most recent utility bills for all utilities serving each District facility within the scope of this RFP (electric, natural gas, fuel oil, water, sewer, propane, etc.) and one complete set of RFP documents may be obtained by interested parties at no cost from the above address. The District reserves the right to reject Proposals that are not received at the time and in the manner designated by this RFP. Any and all Proposals may be rejected if deemed by the District to be in its best interests.
