Bidder to supply copy of brine analysis of all material bid including certification and perform all compliance testing. Bidding Information and minimum logistics: Approximate Annual Gallon Usage: 2.0 million gallons Storage Capacity 80,000 gallons at the Custer yard @ 2055 E US-10, Custer, MI Storage Capacity 80,000 gallons at the North Pit, Section 10, Sherman Township Usage/Consumption Rate: 120,000 gal/day maximum Advance Notification for Need: 8 hours Tank fill hose shall have a one-way check valve at the end of the fill hose/pump interface. Equipment utilized shall be Michigan Department of Agriculture approved regarding weights and measurement of product dispensed in accordance with P.A. 283 of 1964 as amended. Load tickets are required. The Mason County Road Commission reserves the right to reject any, or all bids, and to accept the bid/bids that is in the bet interest of the County. The Mason County Road Commission follows the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended. ll bids must be submitted in SEALED ENVELOPES bearing the name of the Bidder and appropriately marked as to the item being bid.
