Remnant Construction, LLC, Construction Manager (CM) for the St. Lucie County Fire District (Owner) is seeking sealed bids for the Kitchen Renovations of five (5) County Fire Stations: Station #8 located at 7583 S Ocean Dr, Jensen Beach, FL 34957, Station #12 located at 1850 SE Village Green Dr, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952, Station #4 located at 3601 Industrial 33rd St, Fort Pierce, FL 34946, Station #9 located at 3595 N Hwy A1A, Fort Pierce, FL 34949, and Station #2 located at 855 Seaway Dr, Fort Pierce, FL 34949. No bid may be withdrawn after the bid date & time for a period of 60 days. Remnant Construction reserves the right to reject any or all bids & waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids, & to re-advertise for bids for any reason. All costs incurred by bidders in preparing a proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder.
