The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC or Community) solicits Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified Consulting firms who wish to be evaluated and considered for future work associated with vertical (building services) capital improvement supplemental services for time period 2023 through 2026. This solicitation will result in a purchasing contract with a three (3) year term, with the option to renew an additional year. The estimated cost of this on-call services is $250,000 per year and is not expected to exceed $750,000 over the life of the contract. Deadline for all Inquiries: December 23, 2022, 2:00 PM (Arizona Time) Response to Inquiries: January 5, 2023 Notification of Results: January 25, 2023 Enter Contract Negotiations: January 26, 2023 All questions and communication regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to purchasing-bids@srpmic-nsn.gov. In the email subject heading address all requests for additional information by writing Solicitation # ECS-23-017 in the Subject line. Responses to all questions will be published and communicated to all participants. Changes to this solicitation will be in writing as an addendum. This RFQ does not commit SRPMIC to award a contract. SRPMIC reserves the right to reject all SOQs. If SRPMIC rejects all SOQs, the project may be abandoned, re-advertised, or performed in any manner authorized under SRPMICs procurement policies. Vendors will be allowed to withdraw their SOQ at any time prior to the deadline for receipt of SOQs. The Vendor must submit a written withdrawal request addressed to the RFQ Coordinator. In the event that a Vendor is awarded a contract, the Vendor shall be required to obtain a SRPMIC tribal business license in accordance with the SRPMIC Procurement Policy.
