Covina is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms or teams specializing in hydrology, storm water modeling, master planning, and hydraulic modeling in the development of a comprehensive Storm Drain Master Plan. Proposers must email inquiries no later than 12:00PM on January 5, 2023. Inquiries received after that date and time will not be answered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
