HVAC Maintenance and On-Call Services Contact Person(s) For Questions: Tad Jones - tad.jones@history.ok.gov Manny Sauviller - manny.sauviller@omes.ok.gov If the bid exceeds $50,000, a cashier's check, a certified check or surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be delivered to Construction and Properties prior to the Bid Opening. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. Performance Bond for 100% of the value of the Contract to insure completion of the Work Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract to assure that the Owner is protected from the action of Subcontractors, suppliers and employees for unpaid debts of the Contractor The State has the right to reject any or all Bids and to reject a Bid not accompanied by any required bid security, or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or to reject a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular.
