Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Woodfin, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 12,218-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Woodfin (Owner) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain demolition and debris removal services (Demolition Services) for a structure and appurtenances described in this document. All work is expected to be completed by April 30, 2023. All questions shall be directed in writing to Adrienne Isenhower at aisenhower@woodfin-nc.gov by 5:00 p.m., January 9, 2023, in order to be considered for a response. Any changes or additions will be posted as Addendums on the Town's webpage by January 13, 2023. A full list of relevant dates is detailed below. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals according to the best overall interests of the Owner and to waive minor irregularities in the evaluation process. The Owner also reserves the right to further negotiate minor modifications with the successful proposer upon completion of the evaluation process prior to the execution of a final contract.
