Questions on this project or any part of the Contract Documents and other project documents must be sent via e-mail to MSD.PROCUREMENT@cincinnati-oh.gov by the established deadline. The deadline for questions is 12:00 PM local time on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. This project will replace approximately 1,000-ft of 4-inch DIP force main serving the Glen Landing Pump Station located within the East Branch Mill Creek watershed, in Springdale, Ohio. The proposed force main will discharge into manhole number 38906001. If a contract is awarded, it will be done so in accordance with the Contract Documents, including the method of award identified in Section H of the Instructions to Bidders in Section 00 21 13. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, or to advertise for new bids, if the best interests of the City will be promoted thereby. The established SBE Participation Goal for this project is: 9%. Work of the Project includes the replacement of a 4-inch force main in the same alignment as the existing and other related appurtenances. The Work shall be performed for the CITY in accordance with the Contract Documents. Project Location: This project is located in the East Branch sewer shed of the Mill Creek basin at 25 Merchant Street in Springdale, Hamilton County, Ohio.
