Renovation of a mixed-use development in Papaikou, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Brief Description of Work: The work includes, but not limited to, the removal of the existing fire alarm system and installation of a new fire alarm system consisting of new fire alarm panels, fire alarm devices, fire alarm wiring, power, conduits, pull boxes, backboards, fiber optic cabling, patch panels, communication handholes, and coordination of 24/7 fire alarm monitoring. The estimated construction cost of this project is between $250,000 and $1,000,000 Contract Duration: 301 Calendar Days Contractor License Requirement: C-13 Start of Service Date: 04/05/2023 End of Service Date: 12/29/2023 PROJECT QUESTIONS AND/OR CLARIFICATIONS: Vendors having questions regarding the project must submit them in writing to the Project Coordinator. Questions must be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the bid closing date. Addenda and/or bid clarifications (if required) will be issued no later than 7 calendar days prior to the bid closing date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
