**As of January 31,2023, project was awarded to VIP Production Northwest Inc., awarded amount is $716,862.61.** NATURE OF THE PROJECT: Services requested for an upgrade for the 18 courtrooms audio visual equipment to provide better integration, control, and cohesion between the current components and enhance the capabilities of the courtroom using technology to accommodate the need for social distancing, which is now a standard mode of operation. PUBLIC WORKS REQUIREMENTS: The scope of work for this project constitutes a public work under state law. Bidders are cautioned to take into consideration statutory legal requirements, particularly, the payment of prevailing wages, payment/performance bonds, reporting requirements for the use of sub-contractors, and sales tax implications in making their bids.
