Renovation of a laboratory facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and subcontracts necessary to update the helium recovery system in EMSL. This project will provide the recovery header connection points for recovery hoses, connections to existing gas cylinder manifold and medium pressure storage tanks, a housekeeping pad for the recovery compressor, 480V power for the recovery compressor and liquefier compressors, 120V power for bag and liquefier control boxes, and chilled water connection points for liquefier compressors. All inquiries shall be sent to: Christina.Ochs@pnnl.gov Bidder MUST submit a WRITTEN request for clarification or interpretation using Request for Information (RFI) form at http://www.pnnl.gov/contracts/contractdocuments.aspx and address it to the Contract Specialist listed on Page 1, no later than 2:00 p.m. PST; 12/20/2022. It is anticipated that the successful contractor will receive the Award on or around January 12, 2023.
