Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wenatchee, Washington. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of September 5, 2024, this project is in the design phase. Construction will not take place until at least 2026. This project is intended to create electrical plans, planning level cost estimates and bid documents for a number of City park areas. The goal is to have separate plans that are ready for bidding in subsequent years. The parks anticipated to be included in this project include: Washington Park, Chase Park, Pioneer Park and Memorial Park. Location maps, site photos and specific goals for each park area are contained in Exhibit A. Some park base information is available although it is very limited. The City is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms or individuals interested in conducting the tasks generally listed in the Scope of Work. Qualified firms or individuals should have experience in preparing engineering and bid documents for public outdoor park and recreation projects. The City of Wenatchee is requesting proposals for professional consultant services to complete design engineering, and bid packet preparation services for the City of Wenatchee Park Electrical Plan Project.
