Renovation of a library in Wenatchee, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a library.
NCW Libraries is seeking responses from qualified library design firms capable of providing library design services and working collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders to lead the revitalization of 27 branch libraries across five counties in North Central Washington. This exciting project is anticipated to take place over the next 3-5 years. The qualified firm must have recent experience leading community engagement to inform design and providing interior design services for modern libraries. Please submit qualifications demonstrating ability to perform this work as outlined in the RFQ. Design work to begin upon executed contract in late October 2022. Questions should be sent to bids@ncwlibraries.org and will be responded to weekly. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
