**As of July 15 2022,, the project was awarded to KRCI, LLC in the amount of $851,784.92. Start date August 2022. For: This Contract provides for the improvement of Number 1 Canyon Flood Control by constructing ponds and access roads including excavation, embankment, armoring with rip rap, erosion control, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Chelan County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid. The Board of Chelan County Flood Control Zone District reserves the right to reject any or all bids for cause.
