Site Directions: Waterville Airport For the Chelan Douglas Regional Port AUTHORITY (CDRPA) 2022 Waterville Airport - Runway Edge Lighting System Replacement project. The project generally consists of work to replace the runway edge lighting system at the Waterville Airport. Work items include new cable, conduit, edge lights, trenching, electrical control system, construction of a precast vault building, and associated work items. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Only properly executed proposals submitted on the forms furnished by CDRPA will be accepted. All bidders are required to submit a list of subcontractors that will perform work on the project amounting to ten percent (10%) or more of the contract amount.
